The ability to lead through influence across a matrixed org — Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Preferred Experience :
Subject matter expertise in CMMS/EAM, reliability, maintenance, or asset management software
MBA or advanced degree

Set eMaint's product vision and long-term roadmap — translating customer voice, market trends, and competitive insight into clear growth bets
Make the calls on prioritization, trade-offs, product-market fit, competitive positioning, and pricing
Build deep customer and market knowledge through direct engagement, research, and analytics — not just secondhand reporting
Execution & Governance

Lead products from ideation through launch, adoption, and iteration, ensuring every initiative solves a real customer problem and moves the business
Build the repeatable frameworks and playbooks that turn today's solutions into tomorrow's scalable capabilities
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team
Foster a culture of customer obsession, accountability, and continuous learning
Partner cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks and keep the org moving in the same direction
