Our client is a U.S.-based real estate company that buys distressed properties, working directly with property owners and building its own deal pipeline. It is a small, owner-led team where the right person will have real influence on how internal systems and processes are built.

📝 Short Description:We are looking for an Acquisitions & Operations Coordinator to keep the deal pipeline full, organized and moving. In this role, you will research pre-foreclosure and tax-delinquent properties, build clean contact lists, run outreach in HubSpot, and handle the contracts and scheduling that turn a lead into a closed deal. You will work directly with the owners and support them across lead generation, CRM management, transaction support and marketing.
