Join us in bringing joy to customer experience. Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software, bringing the power of cloud innovation to customers worldwide.
Living our values everyday results in our team-first culture and enables us to innovate, grow, and thrive while enjoying the journey together. We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, empowering our employees to be their authentic selves.
At Five9 , we believe every customer interaction should be effortless, connected, and on brand. To help us deliver on that vision, we’re hiring a Senior Creative Project Manager—a detail-obsessed, process-driven project manager who shepherds creative and content projects from kickoff to delivery and is often the last set of eyes on an asset before it goes live — ensuring every asset reflects our visual identity and brand voice.
In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution of creative and content assets—coordinating across teams, optimizing workflows, and serving as the final checkpoint for both visuals and messaging. You’ll review creative and content for accuracy, consistency and alignment with Five9 tone, voice and style guidelines, and route issues back to the right owner to fix. You’ll partner closely with content and creative teams while managing and continuously improving the intake, tracking and workflows that bring it all together.
This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role for someone who brings equal parts operational discipline and creative judgement — and who understands that great brand experiences depend on both.
We are focusing on AI tools across the team, and this role will help us use them well, safely, and on brand.

Manage creative projects from intake through delivery, including campaigns, brand assets, content, video, web, and social
Create and maintain clear project timelines, status trackers, and schedules
