Enterprise Performance Excellence Senior Manager

Job Summary

The Senior EPX Manager is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide strategy for continuous improvement, quality management, data governance, and performance optimization across FBSC and its supported business units. This role drives performance and operational excellence through process improvement initiatives. Lead and manage Operational Excellence initiatives across multiple functions and departments within the FBSC Shared Services Group to enhance performance, reduce costs, and enable sustainable value creation through standardization, governance, and digital transformation. This role will oversee the identification of gaps and improvement opportunities within Filinvest Business Services Corporation (FBSC) Shared Services operations and processes, using analysis and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC, DFSS), process redesign, and stakeholder engagement.
