Strong software engineering fundamentals and security awareness.
Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions.
Experience working in global, distributed environments, with strong collaboration skills.
Familiarity with modern engineering tools (e.g., draw.io or similar).
Adoption of an AI-native mindset, including usage of tools such as Cursor, Claude (or equivalent), MCP, and agentic engineering practices.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
⭐ Nice to have
Experience with full-stack development using Angular or React (TypeScript, components, API consumption).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and advanced AWS tuning.
Advanced use of AI or automation tools beyond the mandatory baseline.
