What we need

Exol is seeking a Senior Manager, Reliability Engineering who will be responsible for establishing and scaling a reliability-driven maintenance and asset performance program across Exol’s highly automated warehouse operations. This role ensures that equipment, automation, and infrastructure are designed, maintained, and operated to deliver predictable uptime, safety, and cost control especially during startup, ramp-up, and network expansion.

This role operates centrally, with direct influence across sites, and serves as the enterprise owner of reliability strategy.
