Temp- Onboarding and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to provide temporary operational support to the Payment Integrity Quality team. This role will help ensure new employees have a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating equipment follow-up, access readiness, security ticket submission, welcome communications, first-day support, and continued follow-up throughout training. The Onboarding and Operations Coordinator will also help keep new employees and audit teams organized, informed, and ready to work efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, responsive, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced healthcare audit environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple follow-up items, communicate clearly with managers and new hires, track onboarding needs through completion, and escalate barriers when additional support is needed

• Salary Range: $45,760 – $52,000 (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
