- Multi-disciplinary data professional who enjoys solving Healthcare analytics problems.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. Healthcare value chain (Payer and/or Provider).
- Experience working with healthcare data including claims, eligibility, risk adjustment, utilization, and quality metrics.
- Ability to derive meaningful and actionable insights from structured and semi-structured healthcare datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect data findings to business outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environments and iterative delivery cycles.
- Ability to work on multiple reporting initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills – capable of presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience optimizing Power BI datasets and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Base Pay Range: $60,100 - $98,700
