The Role

As a Strategist, Governance Advisory on Ethicrithm 's Delivery team, you lead the hands-on design and delivery of governance frameworks that let a Foundry deployment scale from a handful of use cases to hundreds without losing speed. This is an execution-focused, client-facing role: you run working sessions, draft governance and security deliverables, and drive engagements from kickoff through final readout. You'll partner closely with the VP, Governance & Advisory, Forward Deployed Engineers, Deployment Strategists, and client stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements. You will report to the VP, Governance & Advisory.
