Onboarding Specialist (Mandarin & English Speaker)

H Essential Duties:

On-Boarding Function - Responsible for initial client contact and set up of new clients on notification applications and services in adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures

• Continually keep up-to-date on notification products and services which may require additional classroom and on-the-job training
• Exercise exceptional customer service skills optimizing each contact with the client

Install new applications through project management and solution design which may include reviewing site survey, gathering client requirements, creating application handoff sheet, installing software and setting up daily routines
