The company operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where marketing, media, creative, and cross-functional teams collaborate to drive customer acquisition across multiple business segments.
Its media operations require strong project coordination, clear communication, and effective processes to keep initiatives organized and moving forward.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Media Operations to support the daily operating rhythm of a media team focused on customer acquisition.
This role serves as the operational backbone of the media organization, coordinating recurring meetings, project trackers, creative and media trafficking activities, and cross-functional follow-ups.
You will work closely with senior marketing leadership, internal stakeholders, and media agency partners to ensure projects stay organized, decisions are documented, and action items move forward.
You will also help coordinate AI-related projects aimed at improving workflows, operational efficiency, and creative production.
This is not a campaign strategy or audience targeting role. Your responsibility is to enable smooth execution and operational alignment, not to define marketing strategy.
Why This Opportunity?
Support media operations within a major U.S.-based technology company.
Work closely with senior marketing leadership, internal teams, and external media agencies.
Gain exposure to creative operations, media trafficking, project management, and AI initiatives.
Help establish efficient processes in an evolving operational environment.
Make a direct impact on team organization, accountability, and execution.
What You'll Do
Project Management & Meeting Coordination
Coordinate recurring meetings, including leadership revenue reviews, cross-team alignment sessions, media agency meetings, and weekly status updates.
Prepare agendas, capture decisions, assign action owners, and track follow-ups through completion.
Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports across multiple initiatives.
Consolidate updates and communicate progress, risks, and outstanding priorities.
Support overall project management activities and ensure stakeholders remain aligned.
Media & Creative Operations
Support creative and media trafficking coordination, ensuring assets, timelines, and deliverables are properly tracked.
Maintain media and creative trackers to provide visibility into ongoing work.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to keep projects moving.
Identify delays, dependencies, and operational gaps affecting execution.
Support the organization of workflows without directly managing media buying or campaign strategy.
AI Projects & Process Improvement
Coordinate AI-related initiatives with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and creative production.
Help document processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical operational improvements.
Support ad hoc problem-solving when marketing or sales handoffs are not working as expected.
Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving processes by establishing clear responsibilities and follow-up mechanisms.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve collaboration and execution efficiency.
