What You Will Be Doing

• Assess training needs and develop training programs and roadmap for the relevant trainee.
• Develop and implement the module training for new and existing products.
• Ensure a clear understanding for all sales teams of how their role contributes to the Company's purpose and goals.
• To bring energy to the team to create a positive environment where every team member wants to come and do their best work.

Developing and implementing the training modules for cooperative partners (Banks, MFIs, and other companies), to improve their staff's product knowledge of life insurance in line with the Company's objective.
