We are looking for a results-driven, resilient, and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound sales efforts targeting US-based companies. This role focuses on high-volume cold calling, identifying technology staffing needs, engaging key decision-makers, and booking qualified sales meetings. The ideal candidate has proven B2B outbound sales experience, excellent English communication skills, strong objection-handling abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous experience selling IT staffing, IT recruitment, or staff augmentation services to US clients are strongly preferred, but exceptional sales professionals from other B2B service industries will also be considered.
