Partner Manager

The Partner Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong and productive relationship with Flash service partners. This role ensures that partners consistently meet performance expectations through proactive engagement, regular audits, and ongoing compliance. It is a forward-looking, leadership-driven role focused on improvement, operational excellence, and enabling scalable high-quality service delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact between them and internal teams. Effective relationship management ensures smooth communication, faster issue resolution, and long-term partnership stability.

Contract Negotiation – Lead negotiations on pricing and terms to secure cost-effective, favorable agreements that protect the company's interests while enabling partner success. Proactively manage contracts across their lifecycle to avoid risks and ensure value.
