Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, a strategic management consultancy specializing in luxury lifestyle real estate, travel and wellbeing. Ideal Attributes: ● A background in business/management, with a passion for the luxury goods, services, or real estate industry ● Enthusiastic about sales, marketing and delivering world-class consultancy solutions and advice to clients ● Ability to thrive in a competitive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment ● Highly organized and detail-oriented (e.g., produces clean work free of typos and grammatical errors) ● Excellent business writing skills ● Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and oversee client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget ● Willing and able to leverage senior members of staff and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, open to giving and receiving feedback constructively ● Open to adapting to specific ways of working, systems, etc. ● Highly flexible and hardworking with a great attitude ● Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to changing circumstances ● Experienced working cross-functionally in a multicultural team ● Able to work from home with minimal supervision when required ● Knowledge and experience in luxury real estate in the UK is a plus Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing
