Job Overview
The Lead DSO Success Consultant (LSC) leads revenue-cycle performance for assigned DSO and multi-site dental clients. This role combines hands-on dental billing expertise with team leadership, client communication, quality oversight, and financial accountability.
- The LSC is responsible for keeping accounts financially healthy, identifying risks early, supporting team performance, and building strong client relationships.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM
