Driver Engagement Associate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative individual to join our team as a Driver Engagement associate on a part-time or full-time basis . We also prefer for this individual to be fluent in Fluent in Spanish, Arabic, or Persian (Farsi) and English. This role will require calling and texting customers to assist them in various stages of their customer journey as well as accurately documenting responses from those calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable engaging with individuals over the phone, demonstrate high professionalism and organization, and be passionate about helping customers succeed.
