About Us
Draftea is the Mexican technology startup revolutionizing the world of real money gaming. Created by and for sports fans, we are backed by world-class investors like Sequoia, Kaszek, and Bullpen. Our purpose is simple: to give fans a new way to enjoy their passion. We want all sports lovers to feel as if every game were a World Cup final and every victory a reason to celebrate. We want to bring our players closer to their idols and teams and make them participants in the emotions experienced on the field.
Our Culture
We build a product oriented toward user entertainment, which is why we promote a work environment where we work hard but have fun at the same time, and where everyone works with equally motivated, high-performing colleagues. We believe in flexible scheduling focused on achieving results, so we look for individuals passionate about the product, the role, and the challenge.
We are a "remote-first" company. Although we have an office in Mexico City, our team works from various countries, including Peru, Colombia, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, and the United States.
Position Overview

This person will be key to discover new business opportunities. You will work directly with the Product, Growth, Marketing, and Revenue teams to ensure every strategic decision is supported by real user evidence.
We need someone who can flex into whatever phase of research a given initiative needs: leading a study strategically end-to-end, partnering cross-functionally to embed research earlier in decision-making, or strengthening the operational backbone — process, tooling, knowledge management — that lets the practice scale across markets.
Responsabilities Design and execute qualitative research (interviews, ethnographic studies, usability testing).
Design and analyze quantitative studies (surveys, behavioral analysis).
Identify adoption barriers and signals of product-market fit.
Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, Trading, and CX to validate hypotheses before launches, bringing research in as an early input rather than a late validation step.
Translate complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely within your UX Research peers to keep methodology, findings, and priorities aligned across markets.
Contribute to Research Ops: strengthening processes, tooling, and the shared knowledge base so findings and learnings are accessible and reusable across markets.
Build a structured repository of insights and consequent action-items.
Accompany experiments and measure post-launch impact.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in UX Research or Consumer Insights.
Experience working on B2C digital products.
Experience executing end-to-end research (design, execution, analysis, communication).
Strong analytical capacity and structured thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Intermediate/Advanced English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
