The Role

The Maintenance Coordinator is a key member of Doorstead 's Maintenance Operations Team, delivering a world-class servicing experience for tenants and owners. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of maintenance requests, from intake through triage, approval, scheduling, completion, and quality verification, including work orders, routine maintenance, property-ready repairs, and transfer property repairs. We're looking for someone with a customer-first mentality, a structured approach to problem solving, and excellent communication skills.
