Head of Product Designer

Main responsibilities

Gain insight into our users' demands through qualitative and quantitative user research, user behaviour data analysis, interviews, empathic thinking, experimentation, prototyping, and usability testing.

• As a member of the Product Line, you collaborate directly with the CPO to build a solid product culture, vision, and way of thinking throughout the company.
• Establish and promote a vision and strategy for our Design Team that supports the goals, objectives, and plan of the Product org.
• Support the efforts with a strong commitment to the "Impact Driven Prioritisation" methodology.

In charge of overseeing the design team, holding team meetings, establishing effective workflows, and enhancing our approach to user-centred design and its effects on design outputs.
