Position Summary Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is hiring a SNAP EBT Test Lead on behalf of its client, a state human services agency. The Test Lead will plan and manage testing of the agency's new Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) system, working with the state project team and the EBT processor to verify that the system meets program requirements, design specifications, performance standards, usability expectations, capacity demands and security requirements, in line with current U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service (USDA FNS) regulations and FNS Handbook 901. Hours are expected to be lighter during the early planning phase and to increase through system testing and acceptance.
