The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, administration, security, and continuous optimisation of DeterTech's Salesforce platform, ensuring it efficiently supports the organisation's commercial, operational, and customer objectives.
Serving as a senior subject matter expert for Salesforce, the role leads complex technical configuration, drives best practices in system setup, and works closely with business stakeholders to design scalable, user-friendly solutions.
The role balances advanced hands-on technical configuration with cross-functional business analysis, ensuring Salesforce maintains high standards of data quality, security, user adoption, and system stability as the business grows.
This is a remote role, although we value regular face-to-face collaboration. We would ideally like someone who can attend our Telford office around once a week if based locally , with a minimum expectation of a couple of office visits per month for those based further afield.
