Working knowledge of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum, and traditional project management approaches.
Enough technical fluency to discuss APIs, integrations, databases, and deployment requirements with technical teams.
Strong client communication skills, including the ability to navigate difficult conversations and competing priorities.
Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
The ability to work independently and coordinate distributed teams in a remote environment.
