Position Purpose Summary:
DEPLOY's client is seeking a qualified ERP Analyst to join their growing team.
This role will be responsible for providing direct ERP system support and updating system configuration for conversions as well as integrating newly acquired companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS Perform direct application support for ERP systems where necessary and updating and maintaining system configuration, setup, and application.
Aid in establishing best practices for the utilization of the ERP system, Epicor Eclipse, as well as supporting applications that interface with the ERP Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides.
Train end users on the proper use of the ERP and its companion products as well as creating re-usable - documents, videos, and other on-demand resources to streamline the implementation process.
