Position Summary
The Part-Time Data Operations Associate (Day Shift) supports the Sample and Data Operations team through a combination of administrative and operational activities that help ensure respondent records, materials, and cases are accurate, complete, and ready for Field and CATI operations. The role includes production activities such as electronic tracing, contact data updates, returned mail processing, data entry, database maintenance, document preparation, tracking and quality assurance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct electronic searches to identify updated contact information for respondents, alternate contacts, and businesses using subscription and public databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Accurint, etc.)
