Bachelor's degree, Business or Technical or a related field of study Healthcare experience and working knowledge with healthcare data and data systems is required 3 to 5 years professional services experience with leading projects for external or internal customers Hands-on / roll sleeves up work ethic, team player willing to take on work needed for project to succeed Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation Develops solutions to unique challenges that may serve as precedent for future decisions Excellent customer communication skills Data analytics/data warehousing specific knowledge. GCP, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake. Cloud Certifications from AWS, Azure, or Databricks
