Position : Part-Time Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Salary : PHP 35,000 - 65,000
Working Hours & Conditions : AU Time
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We are a premier, established hospitality and entertainment group based in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Operating a portfolio of high-end, exclusive venues, we specialize in delivering world-class, premium experiences to a discerning clientele.
Because we operate in a highly competitive, age-gated lifestyle and entertainment niche, our brand requires sophisticated, compliant, and highly creative marketing strategies. We pride ourselves on maintaining an exceptional reputation offline, and we are looking for a digital specialist to help us scale that luxury experience across our organic online channels.
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and technically savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.
Because we operate in a highly regulated, age-gated lifestyle and entertainment industry, this is not a standard social media role. Success in this position requires someone who deeply understands how social media algorithms work, knows how to maximize organic reach while navigating strict platform content restrictions, and can continually adapt as community guidelines evolve.
The ideal candidate is highly experienced in SEO, AI-powered content creation, and organic social media growth, with the ability to think strategically while executing daily marketing activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Growth
Plan, create and publish engaging content across:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
Post daily (often multiple times per day) to maximise organic reach.
Schedule and manage content calendars.
Monitor engagement and optimise posting times.
Build audience growth through organic strategies.
Respond to trends quickly and capitalise on viral opportunities.
Algorithm & Platform Strategy
A critical part of this role is understanding how modern social media algorithms operate.
You will be expected to:
Stay ahead of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok algorithm changes.
Develop strategies that maximise visibility and engagement.
Minimise content suppression ("shadow banning") where possible.
Understand platform policies and work within them.
Continually test new content formats and posting strategies.
Analyse performance and adjust campaigns accordingly.
This role requires someone who enjoys experimenting, testing and improving—not simply scheduling posts.
SEO & Website Marketing
Improve website search rankings.
Conduct keyword research.
Optimise website content.
Create SEO-friendly blog articles.
Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics.
Identify new organic traffic opportunities.
AI Content Creation
The successful candidate should be highly competent with modern AI tools.
Responsibilities include:
Using AI to generate high-quality content.
Creating images and marketing assets.
Producing captions, articles and campaign ideas.
Building AI workflows to improve productivity.
Researching and implementing new AI tools as they emerge.
We're looking for someone who understands how AI works, not someone who simply copies and pastes from ChatGPT.
Digital Marketing
Assist with broader digital marketing initiatives including:
Email marketing campaigns.
Landing page optimisation.
Campaign reporting.
Competitor research.
Marketing analytics.
Promotional campaign planning.
Digital Billboard Campaigns
Support outdoor digital advertising campaigns by:
Creating digital billboard artwork.
Coordinating campaign schedules.
Managing creative updates.
Monitoring campaign performance where applicable.
Reporting
Provide regular reports covering:
Website traffic
SEO performance

Content performance
Recommendations for continual improvement
