Customer Success Manager (Multiplier experience)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join a remote team supporting Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customer success with a proven ability to build long-term customer relationships, drive engagement, and ensure customers are getting value from the product or service.

• This role is suited to someone who is highly customer-focused, proactive, organized, and confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Position: Customer Success Manager
• Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
• Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)
