About this job:
The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) capabilities that support customer data unification, audience creation, and activation across commercial use cases;
The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Data Cloud, leading the design of Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), data harmonization, profile matching, and audience frameworks. This role will partner closely with Data Engineering, Business Operations, Commercial Technology, and Marketing teams to ensure scalable and efficient audience management and activation processes;
