The E-Volunteer’s Role
Use your expertise to help our partner, the Private Sector Organization of Jamaica (PSOJ), strengthen how it measures impact, improves governance and delivers effective programs and services. Build an institutional mapping matrix: Identify Canadian organizations, including chambers of commerce, provincial boards of trade and industry associations, whose private-sector development programs align with PSOJ’s priorities.
Analyze best practices and revenue models: Benchmark approaches used by Canadian counterparts, such as fee-for-service digital advisory programs, sponsored SME upskilling cohorts and corporate membership tiers.
Create a collaboration and partnership roadmap: Develop an outreach strategy and partnership framework for joint initiatives, cross-border trade-readiness programs and donor- or grant-funded bilateral projects between PSOJ and Canadian institutions.

Bachelor’s degree in organizational management, business management or a related field
