The successful candidate combines strong GIS experience with commercial real estate judgment, business acumen, executive-ready communication, and a practical ability to turn complex information into actionable portfolio plans.
This role will primarily:
Develop and maintain geospatial, reporting, and analytics solutions that improve visibility into portfolio performance, business demand, market conditions, workplace trends, operational metrics, and business outcomes.
