The Managing Director (MD) is a senior leader with 15+ years of experience across energy management, sustainability and real estate, and will report directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) and Global Head of Sustainability Services. This person will be an executive leader of our Americas occupier facilities management (FM) sustainability business, supporting client accounts and driving business growth. This role guides account teams to deliver on statements of work and exceed client KPIs, streamlines delivery processes, and cultivates strong client relationships while managing escalations and business risks. The MD will matrix-supervise and mentor on-account talent, build a community of practice, and support business growth for both sustainability services and project management. This includes developing tailored pursuit solutions, and managing the RFP process end-to-end, as well as supporting special projects for new growth pathways. Job Description
