We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable HR Operations Specialist (russian & english) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR administrative operations, maintaining clean employee data, managing time tracking, supporting payroll preparation, and leading internal HR communications.
