A strong understanding of North Korean government bureaucracies pertinent to understanding the country's disposition towards the use of cyber operations; knowledge of the country's military, intelligence, and political organizations is particularly useful
In-depth knowledge of North Korean and other regional states' foreign and domestic policies necessary to appropriately contextualize their behavior for various audiences A general understanding of North Korean and other Asia-Pacific cyber adversaries, including their major characteristics and relationships to government entities Excellent English writing and an ability to effectively explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences The ability to apply analytic best practices such as structured analysis, awareness of analyitical pitfalls, and critical thinking in source evaluation The ability to work collaboratively in a fully remote working environment Excellent time management skills and a high level of self accountability Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Bonus Points:
A nuanced understanding of the Korean language to include knowledge about country- and region-level dialects and technical terminology.
