As the largest training provider for Amazon Career Choice, and a growing partner to state governments building registered apprenticeship programs, Correlation One sits at the intersection of employer talent needs and scalable workforce training.
We work with Fortune 500 enterprises, federal and state government agencies, and leading employers to close skills gaps in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and operations leadership. Our programs produce job-ready graduates who are prepared to contribute from day one.
Program Overview: Our partner is rolling out a new tool for planning and optimizing retail promotions across multiple global markets. Correlation One is building and delivering the training program that teaches teams how to use it.
Target audience: Employees involved in planning promotions — reviewing past promotions, building new ones, and (in more advanced markets) using analytics to optimize them. Audience experience level varies by market, from complete beginners to more advanced users.
Primary objective: Lead training sessions that walk learners through a realistic, hands-on promotional planning scenario, teaching the tool through the actual workflow rather than as a list of features. A core goal of the program is to establish consistent, harmonized promotional terminology and processes across markets, replacing the fragmented, market-specific approaches currently in use.
Program Specific Details (dates, times, etc): We still finalizing exact days and times, but anticipate these sessions to run in Q4. If you are interested, please still submit an application and we will follow up with exact logistical details.
