Lead business analysis for reporting and analytics needs, eliciting requirements and translating business questions into KPIs, metric definitions, and functional specifications.

Perform hands-on reporting implementation in Looker, including data modeling, LookML development, and dashboard and Explore design.

Partner with data engineers to validate source data, define the semantic layer, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and performance of reports.

Own user acceptance testing for reports and dashboards, and document data definitions, business rules, report specifications, and user guides to support training and adoption.
