Training Specialist

This is a remote position.

Contractor Foreman is a growing web based software company seeking a Training Specialist. In this role, you will host web meetings to show new and existing customers how to effectively use the Contractor Foreman software. In this role, you will listen carefully to the customer requirements and be able to advise them on the appropriate modules that can be used to support their requirement.

Key Skills: To perform this role successfully, you will have:

Phone skills (i.e. leaving appropriate messages, good listening skills, pleasant voice, excellent spoken English) Able to use our CRM to take good notes on the sessions you host and recording appropriate information about the session.
