Product Marketing Lead - Trade

Consensys is the leading blockchain and web3 software company. Founded by Joe Lubin, CEO of Consensys and Co-Founder of Ethereum in 2014, Consensys has been at the forefront of innovation, pioneering technological developments within the web3 ecosystem.

The financial system is being rebuilt on open, programmable infrastructure, and Consensys is helping power that transition. From MetaMask, the platform trusted by tens of millions of users worldwide, to Linea, the only 100% proven zkEVM rollup and an emerging home for institutional ETH capital, Consensys builds products and infrastructure that enable users, developers, and institutions to participate in the next generation of the internet.

Our mission is to unlock the collaborative power of communities by making the decentralized web universally easy to access, use, and build on.

Joining Consensys means working with a fully remote, globally distributed team of technologists, designers, cryptographers, product thinkers, and researchers who are building the next layer of the internet. You'll be exposed to new ideas, emerging technologies, and complex challenges that push you to stay at the top of your game while helping scale products and infrastructure used by tens of millions of users and thousands of developers across the web3 ecosystem. About the role

MetaMask is the world's leading self-custodial wallet — and the primary gateway for hundreds of millions of people into the onchain economy. Our Trading features sit at the heart of that experience: enabling users to place a swap, a perp trade, a prediction market trade, or an investment in Real-World-Assets (RWA) with confidence.

We're looking for a strategic, data-informed, and user-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning and growth of these features. This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the MetaMask marketing organisation — sitting at the intersection of product strategy, go-to-market execution, and long-term brand trust.

You'll report to our Product Marketing Director and work across Product, Growth, Brand, Business Development, and Partner Marketing to ensure every launch and lifecycle initiative is anchored in insight, competitive differentiation, and measurable impact.

What you'll do Strategy Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategy for features within Trading across global markets — from opportunity sizing and positioning through to launch and lifecycle optimisation Partner with Product leads to shape roadmap priorities based on market insight, user behaviour, and growth potential Act as a strategic thought partner to Product and Growth, representing user needs and market realities in decision-making Influence long-term product strategy and monetisation through competitive analysis, segmentation, and market research GTM and product growth Lead product and feature launches, crafting narratives that resonate with crypto traders and holders, Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase awareness, activation, and retention across Trading funnels

Partner with Growth and Analytics to identify friction points and opportunities within user journeys, translating insights into programmes that move key metrics — conversion, volume, retention

Ensure strong measurement and continuous iteration — every campaign should have clear success metrics and documented learnings Cross-functional collaboration Collaborate with Product, Brand, Growth, Communications, Business Development, and Customer Support to deliver integrated campaigns that connect product value to cultural relevance Align cross-functional stakeholders and manage timelines, priorities, and expectations to ensure seamless execution Partner with Data and Product to monitor performance, share learnings, and continually refine GTM approaches Brand and community Strengthen MetaMask's reputation as a trusted, user-first brand in the Trading community Support education, community, and influencer programmes that drive awareness and confidence — particularly among emerging market segments Ensure consistency in storytelling across all surfaces, from lifecycle emails to content and brand campaigns

What you'll bring

• 6 to 8+ years in product marketing, ideally within fintech, crypto, or a high-growth consumer tech environment
• Demonstrated success leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability — able to turn complex product concepts into clear, compelling narratives
• Analytical and outcome-driven; comfortable interpreting data and using insight to inform both marketing and product strategy
• Exceptional cross-functional communication, influence, and project leadership skills
• Deep curiosity about web3, DeFi, and onchain user behaviour — or direct experience in the crypto ecosystem
• Nice to have: experience in leading GTM for perps trading and prediction markets products and leading GTM to Asia audience.
