Sustainable Energy Project Manager

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to assess situations and make sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for fostering long-term professional relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for auto insurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and internet applications.
• Willingness to travel and potentially relocate.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely.

Essential Functions:

Manage supply and installation contracts.

Develop and oversee project schedules and budgets.

Coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Execute projects with a focus on risk management, safety protocols, and quality assurance.

Handle commercial aspects of supply and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.

Provide direction to project teams as necessary.

Authorize purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and bank transfers. Negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
