Job Summary:

As an Independent Sales Agent, you will operate as an independent contractor responsible for developing and managing your own customer relationships to generate freight opportunities for Concept Logistics . You will leverage your existing book of business and industry expertise to negotiate rates, coordinate shipments, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high service standards. Independent Sales Agents determine their own business development strategies and methods while leveraging Concept Logistics ’ operational and administrative support. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is performance-based.
