As an Account / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for growing CommScope 's Enterprise business across Western Australia and South Australia. You will leverage existing customer and partner relationships while pursuing new opportunities to expand revenue, market share, and customer engagement

Working closely with customers, channel partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders, you will develop and execute territory strategies, identify emerging opportunities, and position CommScope 's solutions to address evolving business and technology challenges. Manage and grow existing accounts
Manage an established portfolio of customers, distributors, installation partners, consultants and other channel relationships.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key customers and partner stakeholders.
Understand each customer’s business, technology and product requirements, then position appropriate enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Develop and execute account plans that support retention, revenue growth, and stronger customer engagement.
Lead regular customer and partner reviews, follow through on agreed actions and maintain a high standard of service.
Influence purchase decisions through clear value propositions, presentations and commercially sound recommendations.
Develop new business
Identify, qualify and progress new opportunities across target accounts, market segments and applications.
Build a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, customer referrals, partner collaboration, networking, and industry engagement.
Develop relationships with new end users, consultants, contractors, integrators and other relevant decision makers or influencers.
Assess customer needs, define the opportunity, and coordinate a compelling technical and commercial response.
Prepare and present proposals, manage negotiations and progress opportunities through to close.
Identify new areas for growth by monitoring customer priorities, market activity, and competitor positioning.
Sales planning and execution
Create territory, account and project plans with clear priorities, actions and measures of success.
Maintain accurate opportunity, revenue and demand forecasts in D365
Provide clear reporting on pipeline health, account activity, forecast position, risks and required support.
Coordinate internal stakeholders and resources to support customer requirements and high-quality delivery.
Required qualifications and experience
Proven experience in B2B account management, business development or solution sales.
Experience creating new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Technical or commercial experience in communications, structured cabling, networking, enterprise infrastructure or an associated industry.
Demonstrated capability in account planning, project planning, pipeline development, forecasting and commercial negotiation.
Experience using D365 or a comparable CRM platform, together with strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and virtually, while collaborating effectively across functions and locations.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
