Turn audit findings, which often come from narrative documentation, into structured, reliable datasets.
Apply statistical sampling and data quality checks to audits.
Present clear reports and insights to leadership and compliance committees.
Work with the Finance and Data Analytics teams to connect their data with compliance.
Research healthcare regulations and occasionally support audits and investigations.
What we’re looking for
Around 6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, including building tools and processes from scratch.
Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with Power BI or a similar BI tool.
Fluent English, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
Autonomy to work without close supervision.
Nice to have Experience in healthcare, especially billing, claims, revenue cycle or compliance audits.
Familiarity with U.S. healthcare regulations (Medicaid, CMS, HIPAA).
Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot in analysis work.
