Position Overview
The IT Project Manager (PMO) is part of the ITS PMO and is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technology projects , covering both clinical and non-clinical initiatives.
This role spans from discovery and requirements gathering through planning, execution, implementation, and closure , ensuring alignment with:
Organizational strategy
Regulatory requirements (including HIPAA)
Business and user needs
The PM leads cross-functional initiatives involving ITS, Health Informatics, clinical teams, compliance, and external vendors, with a strong focus on:
Netsmart myAvatar EHR enhancements
System configurations and integrations
The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services environments , particularly with EHR platforms (preferably Netsmart myAvatar) , and can operate autonomously while communicating effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
