Cognizant ’s Workday Organizational Change & Training (OC&T) team focuses on the people side of transformation, helping organizations successfully adopt new ways of working, processes, and technology. We are currently hiring for a Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant who will guide clients through the change and training aspects of their Workday transformation, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes.
Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users, this individual will assess organizational impacts, develop change strategies, and deliver training programs that enable users to embrace and effectively utilize Workday solutions.
