Marketing Manager (Remote, based in Romania)

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing and social media but also brings structure, creativity, and initiative to the table. You'll be responsible for managing campaigns, social media communities, newsletters, influencer collaborations, and co-marketing projects with cruise lines.

This is not a "9-to-5" role; cruise bookings happen around the clock, and we need someone who understands the importance of weekend engagement and timely responses. You will be our local marketing engine in Romania , adapting global strategies to local culture and ensuring our brand feels authentic, engaging, and trustworthy.
