About the Role
As a fractional Product Designer, you will work closely with the founding and engineering teams at an early-stage AI recruiting marketplace. You will shape candidate and hiring manager experiences, turning ambiguous product problems into intuitive, trustworthy flows and helping the team ship quickly.
What You'll Do
- Own design across product interfaces, candidate experiences, company dashboards, and AI interactions.
- Translate complex, multi-stakeholder needs into clear end-to-end user flows and interaction models.
