The Technology Strategy & Operations Partner serves as the strategic liaison and operational anchor to senior technology leadership, playing a pivotal role in shaping how City of Hope ’s Enterprise Technology Group operates, delivers value, and drives technology transformation. This role partners closely with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align strategy with execution, establish strong operating rhythms, and enable organizational effectiveness at scale. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, strategic insight, operational excellence, and the ability to influence across a complex, collaborative environment while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. This is a highly visible role for a systems thinker who can connect vision, execution, and culture to deliver sustainable, enterprise-wide impact.
