You’ll bring deep knowledge of traditional production methods alongside fluency in emerging approaches, including AI-enabled production, and have a continual drive and curiosity to explore the very latest ways to make great work. You’ll be responsible for staying at the forefront of cutting-edge AI production techniques, developing an informed point of view on what’s possible, and sharing that knowledge across the Creative & Design team to surface new creative opportunities. As a thought partner to Creative leadership, you’ll help determine the right approach, partners, tools, and resources for individual productions while maintaining an exceptionally high bar for craft. You’ll be the connective tissue when the team is in making mode—bringing creative teams, agency and production partners, and cross-functional stakeholders together to navigate complexity and deliver work that does justice to the idea.
