Review assigned monthly close workpapers, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy, completeness, U.S. GAAP, and firm procedures. Complete reviews within agreed timelines.
Evaluate support for significant balances, estimates, unusual transactions, and accounting conclusions. Identify inconsistencies, missing documentation, and departures from firm standards.

Research assigned questions using authoritative guidance; prepare concise memoranda documenting facts, analysis, proposed conclusions, and implementation considerations for Manager review.
Monitor accounting developments and contribute to updates to policies, close checklists, templates, and training materials.
Training development and delivery Develop and present internal training and approved client-facing education using clear learning objectives, relevant nonprofit examples, practical exercises, and assessments.
Convert recurring review findings into targeted coaching, job aids, case studies, and refresher training. Support role-based learning and onboarding of new team members.
Develop reusable curriculum and instructor materials; maintain assigned courses and resources in the firm’s content library or learning platform.
For programs offered for CPE, prepare content and maintain assigned documentation in accordance with applicable AICPA/NASBA standards and firm sponsor procedures. Support attendance verification, evaluations, certificates, and records with the designated administrator.
