Description As a Chargeflow Alert Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving alert transactions within our client’s Payment Service Provider (PSP) system.
You will be responsible for the following key tasks:
Transaction Management: Efficiently locate and address alert transactions in the PSP system.
Refund Processing: Issue refunds for transactions identified as requiring refunds.
Subscription Management: Cancel active subscriptions associated with these transactions.
Documentation: Accurately document transactions involving chargebacks, unlocated transactions, declines, cancellations, and merchant-initiated refunds on the alert credit sheet.
